Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, you can return your order under the following conditions.

1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, provided the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

2. Conditions for returns
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

3. How to return?
Please register your return within 14 days of receiving your order via info@veythebrand.com .
Please clearly state your order number and which products you wish to return.
After confirmation, you will receive the return address from us and you can return the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
The shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or incorrect products
