Returns
You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
– In original, unused condition
– In the original packaging
– All accessories and parts included
How do you return?
Send an email to info@veythebrand.com with your order number and the reason for return.
We will then send you the instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days .
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Dispatch
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as otherwise we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
